What is UDID Card Cropper — Print Divyang UDID Card Front and Back?

The UDID card (Unique Disability ID, दिव्यांग ओळखपत्र) is the national identity card for persons with disabilities, carrying the UDID number and the certified disability type and percentage. It is the document that establishes entitlement — for reservation in education and employment, travel concessions, scheme benefits and assistive aid schemes.

Because it is produced repeatedly for different offices, and because the person carrying it may need it accessible rather than filed away, printing it properly matters more than for most cards. This tool crops the front and back from a scanned image or PDF and arranges them at card size on your chosen paper at 300 DPI.

The disability percentage and the UDID number are the two fields every verifying office reads, and they are usually printed small. Getting a sharp print is not cosmetic here — an unreadable percentage is a document that gets sent back.

How to Use This Tool

Step 1: Upload the card
A scan or the PDF works. Scan flat rather than photographing at an angle — the UDID number and percentage are small and skew makes them harder to read after cropping.

Step 2: Check the crop

Tips for Best Results

Scan flat and in good light. The UDID number and disability percentage are the smallest text on the card and the first things to become unreadable.

Check the percentage field before printing. It is the single most-verified entry on the card, and a clipped or blurred percentage is the most common reason a copy is rejected.

Laminate the copy the person actually carries. This card is produced far more often than most, and an unlaminated card in a pocket does not last.

Keep a scanned original. Repeat requests are constant — schools, offices, transport concessions — and rescanning a laminated card is harder than scanning the original once.

Print at 100% scale, never fit-to-page.
